How do I use a discount code?
Once you’ve reached the checkout stage, enter your discount

Do I get any confirmation my order went through?
Anytime you place an order you will receive 2 emails. The first
will be a confirmation email containing your order number. The
second email contains your tracking number and is sent once
your item has been marked as shipped! Please note that it can
take up to 5-10 days for your tracking number to be

Can I amend my order?
Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to amend your order.
We ship items out usually within 3 working days, so we can not
guarantee any changes will be made. It is your responsibility to
ensure you check out with the correct items and shipping info.


Where do we ship from?
We ship from multiple facilities all over Asia.


Will my order come in altogether?
Because we ship from multiple warehouses, you may receive a
few separate packages when ordering more than one item that is
not the same. You will receive multiple emails with the tracking
number and what is in each package. Order including the
same item multiple times (size and/or colour doesn't matter)
won't be separated.


Who do we ship through?
Orders are generally shipped through the USPS or UPS, but
sometimes we may use EMS and e-packet, which is a US Postal
Service product.


What are my payment options?
